Sanderson’s is a family run business established in 1991 by Nigel Sanderson: Nigel is the fifth generation of cabinet makers.
Sanderson’s are manufacturers and suppliers of quality joinery and furniture products. Our traditionally made furniture and joinery products are designed and handmade in our workshops to suit customers individual specifications. This enables us to provide customers with ideas and advice to ensure each piece is perfect to meet their requirements.
Types of timber
Sanderson’s Joinery only uses top quality prime hardwoods and softwoods that include: oak, sapele, idigbo, mahogany, walnut, ash, cherry, sycamore, red grandis, sapele, redwood etc.
Sanderson’s Joinery are also an approved manufacture of Accoya. Accoya is long life treated wood is the timber industry benchmark for performance and sustainability. No other timber can offer this combination of stability, durability and versatility. This modified wood is sustainably sourced with FSC® certification and it has minimal environmental impact throughout its entire life; from production, through its use, right the way to the end of its life.
If customers require a specific timber, that is not a problem as we are able to source most species.
Part Q Building Regulations
In October 2015, Approved Document Q became mandatory for all windows and door-sets supplied to new build properties. At Sanderson’s Joinery we are able to provide Part Q Compliant ‘A’ Rate High Performance Flush Casement Windows and external doors that meet these new building regulations.
Pre-Finishing
Sanderson’s Joinery also provides an in-house pre-finishing service for all internal and external products. This can either be by hand or sprayed for a full factory finish. We can source all paint colours and a wide selection of natural coatings to suit customers needs.
Sanderson’s are also suppliers of a large selection of internal engineered doors, in a vast number of styles, timbers and colours. Plus windows and external doors in PVCu and aluminum.
BurnRight Eco Wood Fuel Briquettes
Recycling our waste wood shavings and dust is very important to us, as is stops the waste going into landfill.
Our briquetting machine processes the waste into brick shape briquettes of approximately 1Kg. Our BurnRight eco wood fuel briquettes are high quality, as they are primarily made from hardwood shaving, which makes them longer burning. The briquettes can be used on open fires, wood burning and multi-fuel stoves, chimineas and fire pits.
Delivery
Sanderson’s Joinery uses a nationwide courier service for delivering products. We have delivered to customers from throughout the United Kingdom – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We offer local delivery on our joinery and furniture products to Shrewbury, Chester, Ludlow, Telford, Oswestry, Whitchurch, Market Drayton, Newtown, Welshpool, Wrexham.
