‘A’ Rate High Performance Flush Casement Window

The windows frames are mortise and tenon construction with a high performance weather seal in the rebate. The sashes are finger jointed with a high performance weather seal, opening or non-opening.

The windows come with 24mm Planitherm, argon filled, double glazing, easy clean egress friction hinges, espagnolette locking system and handles on all opening sashes, including night vent.

Storm Proof Windows

The windows frames are mortise and tenon construction with a high performance weather seal in the rebate. The sashes are finger jointed with a high performance weather seals, opening or non-opening.

Sliding Sash Windows

The windows are made to Part Q regulations and can be fitted with 24mm or 12mm double glazed units. The sashes are finger jointed with a high performance weather seals, either sliding or fixed, with or without decorative horns. They are fitted with steal weights, wax cotton cords and ball bearing sash pulleys, dog bolts in top for extra security and a choice of sash lifting ironmongery.

Traditional Windows

The windows frames are mortise and tenon construction with a high performance weather seal in the rebate. The sashes are finger jointed and can be opening or non-opening.

The windows can come with 4mm single glazing and up to 24mm double or triple Planitherm, argon filled glazing, traditional hinges, stays and latches.

Conservation/Heritage Windows

Sanderson’s Joinery also offer conservation windows based on our high performance flush casement and traditional design windows with single glazing or 12 mm low sight line double glazing.

All windows can have head drips or sills as an optional extra if required.

Pre-finished

Here at Sanderson’s Joinery we can supply the windows unfinished or with a full factory spray finish. We are able to source all paint colours and a wide selection of natural coatings to suit your needs. Paint and coating products do not contain lead, chrome or other heavy metal additives.

Part Q Building Regulations

From October 2015, Approved Document Q will make it mandatory for windows and door sets to be manufactured to a design that has been shown by test to meet the security requirements of PAS 24:2012. By 1st October 2016 all accessible doors and windows supplied to new build properties will have to be proven to be secure by testing to PAS 24:2012 or other means.

At Sanderson’s we already have our ‘A’ Rate High Performance Flush Casement Windows and our external doors Part Q compliant.

Traditional Window - prefinished in white external spray paint. Can be made from any hardwood or softwood.
